Diesel Exhaust Fluid is a substance that must be managed with Care. Meaning, that when filling up the DEF deposits on vehicles, the driver needs to be attentive and cautious that no contaminants are present on the DEF nozzle, or no contaminants have accumulated on the ring opening of the DEF inlet.
If dust, crystals, or some sort of contamination is spotted, the driver needs to carefully wipe it off with a non-corrosive water based cleaner.
Because of how delicate this product is, we adhere to TWO rules with all the DEF we carry:
- We ONLY carry Diesel Exhaust Fluid that meet both quality standards set by ISO (International Organization for Standardization); ISO 22241 and ISO 22241-1.
- We ONLY distribute Micro-Matic Closed Containers.
DEF fluid does not lose any integrity, it is 100% protected from impurities. Provides tamper evidence and supports DEF systems warranties.
