Have you ever wondered why vehicle owner’s manuals list specific oil brands? In reality, they don’t require a brand at all. Instead, manufacturers specify performance standards set by their engineers, not preferred labels. As a result, the brand itself often reflects a marketing choice rather than a technical requirement. Therefore, when you select a lubricant that meets or exceeds those specifications, your engine or equipment can operate at peak performance. In many cases, higher-performing oils can also extend component life and improve efficiency through better protection and maintenance.

In fact, many oils on the market perform better than the branded options listed in manuals. All oils we carry meet API (American Petroleum Institute) and ILSAC (International Lubricants Standardization and Approval Committee) standards. Additionally, many also meet ACEA (Association des Constructeurs Européens d’Automobiles) standards, which often require more stringent performance testing.

For Japanese vehicle applications, our products also meet JAMA (Japan Automobile Manufacturers Association) and JASO (Japanese Automotive Standards Organization) standards, ensuring compatibility across a wide range of vehicles and equipment.

Oil Samples

If samples or product examination is required, we will take care of the product analysis and share the laboratory results with you in an easy-to-understand way.

We collect the samples and send them to a professional lab. Then, with the assistance of an Oil Engineer, we interpret the findings in layman's terms and share them with you.

Related Services Assistance

In many cases, customers may require services we do not directly provide. We are always happy to connect them with the right resources or service providers to help them find a solution.

For example, this may include applying for an EPA number for oil inventories, locating a company to collect waste oil, hiring an engineering firm to develop an SPCC (Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasure) plan, or sourcing additional chemicals. In all cases, we will help you identify a reliable provider to meet your needs.
