Activating and Deactivating Drivers’ PINs Step-by-Step Guide
Changing Daily Gallon Limits
You can change gallon limits by either increasing or decreasing the limits. You can increase a driver’s daily gallon limit if he or she is consistently reaching that limit and decrease if you find that a driver has a limit that he or she usually does not reach. Reducing a gallon limit also lowers the chance of fuel fraud and theft.
Changing a PIN
You can change a driver’s PIN (Floating PIN System) or a card’s PIN (Single Card System) if he or she keeps forgetting it or your company wants to practice good security with changing PINs on a routine basis.
