While we know and feel that a lot of our customers highly value our fast customer service responses, we also see that several customers also value autonomy. Our response time is reduced outside of business hours, so we created these easy-to-follow PDF guides to help you tend to your drivers’ immediate needs while they are out on the road. For added convenience, we have also made these guides in Spanish as seen below. Viewing any of these guides will be done on a new tab.
What You Can Do
- Activate/Inactivate Cards
- Reset Transaction Counts
- Change PINs
- Change Gallon Limits
What You Cannot Do
- Block and Unblock Zip Codes
- Block and Unblock States
- Change Time Profile
- Add or Remove Product Settings
We don’t want you to think that we’re flaking out on our work or losing our willingness to help you. We created this page to empower you in helping your drivers at anytime, and most importantly have the tool to help your drivers fast, and ensure that they are never more than a few minutes away from getting a full tank and being back on the road.
If you do need help with unblocking states and zip codes so your drivers can fuel, let us know by calling or emailing us.
English Guides
Some examples of needing to activate a card/driver:
- If an employee has been rehired
- If an employee is driving for the company again
Some examples of needing to deactivate a card/driver:
- If you plan on a vehicle to receive auto maintenance
- If a driver is planning to be on vacation or extended leave
- If a physical card is lost or stolen
If one of your drivers reach their daily transaction limit while on-route to his or her destination, you can reset his or her transaction count to zero (0) so the driver can keep fueling.
You can change a driver's PIN (Floating PIN System) or a card's PIN (Single Card System) if he or she keeps forgetting it or your company wants to practice good security with changing PINs on a routine basis.
You can change gallon limits by either increasing or decreasing the limits. You can increase a driver’s daily gallon limit if he or she is consistently reaching that limit and decrease if you find that a driver has a limit that he or she usually does not reach. Reducing a gallon limit also lowers the chance of fuel fraud and theft.
